Health s Communicable Disease Policy

This policy covers health-related travel requirements and disruptions, including communicable diseases and government restrictions.

1.   General Principle

Travel rules can change with limited notice. Travellers must comply with airline, hotel, destination, and transit requirements.

2.   Pre-Travel Requirements

• Vaccination/testing/quarantine rules may apply depending on destination and carrier
• You are responsible for ensuring you meet entry requirements and carrying required

3.   Insurance

We strongly recommend (and for certain destinations may require) travel insurance that covers:

• Medical treatment
• Emergency evacuation
• Quarantine/extended stay
• Trip cancellation/curtailment due to illness or restrictions

4.   If a Traveller Falls Ill / Tests Positive

• If you cannot travel due to illness/testing requirements, supplier cancellation rules apply. Insurance may cover eligible claims subject to policy terms and
• If illness occurs during travel, additional costs (medical/quarantine/extended stay) are generally the traveller’s responsibility unless covered by insurance or

5.   Government Restrictions / Travel Advisories

• If destinations impose restrictions (border closures, quarantine rules, flight suspensions), options may include rescheduling, supplier credits, or refunds, depending on supplier/government
• TVS will assist in coordinating available options but cannot guarantee refunds for non-refundable

6.   Safety Compliance

Travellers must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by suppliers and local authorities. Refusal may result in denied service without refund.

7.   Policy Changes

This policy may be updated as regulations evolve.
