Our Story
A studio built on a shared love of travel.
The Vacation Studio was founded in 2019 by Aniruddha, Suhas, and Sumeet, three childhood friends brought together by a lifelong relationship with travel and a shared understanding of business built over generations.
Coming from established family businesses with decades of experience, they grew up understanding that meaningful relationships are built through trust, consistency, and attention to detail. Those values naturally shaped the way they approached travel as well.
Over the years, travel became more than movement between destinations. It became a way of understanding people, cultures, pace, and perspective. As travellers themselves, they often found that the journeys they valued most were the ones that felt personal, thoughtful, and deeply connected to the person taking them. That understanding also made them realise how rarely travel was being designed that way.
In 2019, that shared belief became The Vacation Studio. A company created around the idea that every journey should begin with the traveller first. The pace, the people, the experiences, and the feeling carried back home all matter just as much as the destination itself.
Today, every journey is designed with the same belief that inspired the company from the beginning. Travel feels different when it is created around the traveller instead of the itinerary.

Travel today does not begin at the airport and end at check out. It moves across conversations, confirmations, updates, documents, payments, memories, and moments in between. We felt that experience deserved to feel more seamless, more organised, and more thoughtful than what travellers are usually left navigating on their own.
Over the years, we quietly built our own in house travel platform and member ecosystem designed around the way our members actually travel. From real time journey updates and essential travel information to trip details, communication, and future planning, everything stays connected in one place.
It allows us to stay present throughout the journey while giving our travellers a smoother and more effortless experience from the moment planning begins.
Technology, for us, is never about replacing the human side of travel. It is about making it feel simpler, calmer, and more connected.
